The limit depends upon the priority. For Instant Pay the limit is Rs. 3,000 per day and for the Same Day priority, the limit is Rs. 15,000 per day. For the rest of the priority, you can initiate a maximum of 5 payments with a limit of Rs. 5,00,000/- per transaction in a day.

Yes, If you initiate a Credit Card Bill Payment above Rs. 2000, you will receive 1% of the amount as reward. The reward will be added to your Snapay wallet. You can use this Snapay wallet balance as a convenience fee while initiating Instant and Sameday priority transactions on the Utility Payment service.

No, Snapay does not charge you for Signing up, it's absolutely free.

A. Install Snapay App from Google Play Store / App Store.

Yes, Snapay is fully protected. All the Financial Transaction details in Snapay are verified under PCI-DSS and SSL Technology.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded Credit Cards from the major card schemes. The standard technology was created to increase controls around card holder data to reduce Credit Card fraud. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a standard Security Technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Yes, if the transaction failed due to any issues at bank end, the amount will return back to the original source 5 to 7 days.

The "SNAPAY FIRST" coupon is applicable for the first utility payment service. You will get up to a 60% offer maximum of Rs.500 on convenience charges. This offer is not applicable if you initiate payments in T+3 or low priority and Amex/diners.

Pay Later / Prepaid / Corporate / Business / International cards aren't available in T+2, T+3 and Low priorities. If you select the T+2, T+3 and Low priority it will be automatically converted to T+1 priority and an extra 1% charge will be applicable. Hereafter while using Pay Later / Prepaid / Corporate / Business / International cards, kindly try it in T+1 priority.

You can initiate all kinds of utility payments like Credit / Debit Cards, UPI, Wallet (MobiKwik, Ola Money, Free charge, Paytm, etc) and Net Banking via Snapay.

You can pay from your Credit / Debit Card through the "Utility Payment" option in Snapay.
a. Click the "Utility Payment" option, select your Beneficiary and enter the required fields.
b. Next you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway screen, enter your card details and proceed with the payment.

The convenience charge for a payment will be a minimum of 1.0 % and depends upon priority. Excluding taxes the convenience fee for Instant Pay 2.97 %, Same Day Priority 2.53 %, T+1 Priority 2.12 %, T+2 Priority 1.69%, T+3 Priority 1.27 % and Low Priority 1.00%. Yes, Snapay is tied up with PCI-DSS and SSL Technology which makes your Card Detail more Secure.

If you don't provide the valid documents for your payment, it will be refunded automatically on the 4th working day from your Settlement date. Refund charges will be applicable.

Don't worry! No one can access your Snapay Account without entering the Snapay Mpin/Fingerprint. We would also recommend not to store your Snapay password anywhere on your phone. However, for security reasons if your phone is lost/stolen, do inform us immediately by mailing us at admin@snapay.in / support@snapay.in. So that we will freeze your account for further security purposes.

Yes, it will be decided by our legal team based on your Transactions, Chargeback / Dispute from Banks. Once you are eligible, your Instant Pay limit will be increased.

You can pay rent by entering the Landlord's bank account number, account holder name, IFSC Code, and Rental Agreement Document. Once the Landlord details have been approved, you will be eligible for initiating payments.

No, your landlord or Merchant need not be a Snapay User in order to receive your Rent, paid through Snapay.

Yes, for each Landlord you can pay 1 payment per month.

Yes, each user can make rent payments accumulating to Rs. 2,00,000/- every month. These limits are reset on the 1st of every month.

Yes, The convenience charge for the Rent Payment is 1.27% + GST. For Prepaid / Corporate / Business/ International / Wallet extra 1 to 1.5% is applicable.

As per Section 194IB under the Income Tax Act, it is required to submit the landlord's PAN for rental payments above Rs 49,999/-

In Snapay the Rent payment can be paid using any Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, UPI and Wallets.

Yes, you can cancel your payments within the settlement time. For cancellation purpose you have to contact Snapay Team through Chat / Call Support (8048152380) / Mail Support (support@snapay.in). Refund charges are applicable.

Refund will be reflected in your Card / Wallet within 5-7 bank working days and additional 1% of the charge will be deducted from your settlement amount as a refund charge.

(For example, Rs. 5000 is supposed to be settled in the beneficiary's account and from that, 1% of the amount (Rs. 50) will be deducted as a refunding charge.)

Convenience charge for GST Payment is 1.10%, excluding GST.

* Generate the Challan (CPIN) from the GST portal
* Add the GST details under the “GST Billing” option.
* Enter the challan number (CPIN) and initiate payment

GST payments can be made via credit/debit card or UPI.
Note: Only domestic credit cards are accepted.

Yes, you can cancel your payment within the settlement time. Your GST Settlement amount (convenience charge is not refundable) will be refunded back within 5 to 7 bank working days. For cancellation purpose, contact Snapay Team through Chat / Call (8048152380) / Mail Support (support@snapay.in).

The GST Payment will be settled on the next day of transaction.

The CPIN remains valid for a period of 15 days from the date of generation.

You can make an unlimited number of GST payments per day, up to Rs.500000 per transaction.
